Coverage duration depends on the package selected, ranging from a short 3-hour event to full-day coverage from prewedding through the reception. Detailed scheduling is confirmed with the client before the event day.
A short highlight/preview is usually delivered within 36 hours after the event, while the full photo gallery and final video are delivered within 14-21 working days.
Yes. For larger events, we provide a combined team of 1 photographer + 1 videographer so every key moment is captured from both angles.
We cover the whole of Bali, including [Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, Denpasar]. For locations outside the mentioned locations and outside Bali, additional travel costs can be discussed.
Bookings are confirmed with a 50 % deposit, with the balance due on the event day
available as an add-on
We recommend booking at least 2 months ahead, especially during Bali’s high season (June–August and December).

We monitor the weather closely and always have a backup plan — indoor or covered locations nearby, or rescheduling if conditions genuinely don’t allow shooting. Light rain rarely stops us; Bali’s tropical showers often make for beautiful, dramatic shots.
The number depends on the package and event duration, but as a guide, expect around 500-700 soft- edited photos per 3-4 hours of wedding coverage. All the best, most representative moments are selected and retouched — we don’t just hand over everything unedited.
Yes, aerial drone shots are available as an add-on and work especially well for venue establishing shots, beach ceremonies, and villa properties. Let us know in advance so we can check local drone permit requirements for your venue.
The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new date within 4 months
Yes, every booking is confirmed with a written agreement outlining the package, schedule, deliverables, and payment terms, so both sides are clear before the event.
Yes, we’re happy to use music you love, though for delivery on platforms like Instagram or YouTube we’ll flag if a track may trigger copyright claims and suggest a safe alternative if needed.
Yes, for bigger weddings or events with multiple simultaneous moments (e.g., bride and groom prep happening separately), we can add a second photographer or videographer to the team.
Yes, our team is fluent in both English and Indonesian, so communication before and during your event is never an issue.
Edited photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, and videos as MP4 files optimized for both playback quality and easy sharing on social media. Other formats by request.
